Questions and answers
Is there a commitment period?
No. You pay month by month (or year by year) and can cancel at any time. The subscription ends at the end of the period.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices exclude 25% VAT. VAT is added at checkout.
How many locations can I have?
Starter has one location. Pro has unlimited stores and departments.
Which payroll systems can I export to?
With Pro you choose your payroll system and download approved hours, supplements, overtime and absence as a file for Danløn, Dataløn, Proløn, Salary, Zenegy, Lessor or Visma Lønservice – or as CSV and Excel. Direct integrations are coming soon.
What is AI scheduling?
In Pro, AI drafts the schedule from employees, availability, absence, rules and staffing requirements. You see staffing before and after, and nothing is published until you choose to.
What does SMS cost?
SMS reminders are included in Pro and cost DKK 0.20 per SMS. Employees with email get reminders for free by email.
What happens after the trial?
You get 30 days with all Pro features without a card. Then you choose Starter or Pro. If you don't choose, the schedule becomes read-only for you – employees can still see their shifts and clock in, and nothing is deleted.
Do employees have to pay?
Never. Employees use the app for free and never see anything about billing.
